-All YouNow Merch items are made to order and therefore final sale and non-refundable.
-Although every effort is made by our supplier to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise. There can also be variations in colors depending on the brand of the item (Hanes vs Bella Canvas, etc)
-We do our very best to provide quality products you will love to wear in your streams and IRL. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution.
-Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
-Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us. You will be liable for all costs associated with a reshipment. If an item or package arrives damaged, please reach out to support via our Zendesk support form and include your order number and photos of the item(s) in question.
